New Pilates Classes

Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine (in the neck, shoulders, stomach, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Most body aches and pains are due to muscular imbalance. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.

Cuba Appeal

Cuba Appeal We are collecting old/unwanted uniform items to send to Cuba. Unfortunately, dancewear, in particular ballet shoes, is either very expensive or impossible to get hold of in Cuba. Children, therefore, have to dance without any shoes and usually in their everyday clothes.

So, we are asking everyone to look in their cupboards and wardrobes and see if they have any old leotards, shoes, tights, socks etc. that they wouldn’t mind donating to children in Cuba. If you find any old things you don’t want, please bring them into class and give them to your teacher who will then pass them on to Samantha to be sent to Cuba. Thank you for your cooperation!

School Show

We can now confirm that the school show will be held on Saturday 21st February 2009 at the Octagon Theatre in Yeovil.
